CNSL Resin (Cashew Nut Shell Liquid Resin)

CNSL Resin is economic and useful. They can help to reduce cost without affecting performance. CNSL Resins are slightly dark coloured, quick setting, and air drying resins. To begin with one has to understand CNSL products can be incorporated in paint formulation both in grinding and thinning. Care should be taken while processing. One should either grinding in CNSL or alkyd only. Do not mix the two and grind. It will lead to kick out.  Grind the pigments in one resin and dilute it later after cooling with other resin. It is useful to check compatibility of two resins before using them. The below advantage to use CNSL resin for paint, coating, varnish industries.
